Paz has dedicated her life to helping people build impactful communities. She’s the Co-Founder of The Community Collective, a community for community builders in Australia and New Zealand. 

Previously she managed Startup Victoria’s founder community (Australia’s largest startup community with over 60,000 people), grew RMIT Activator’s startup community from 500 to 5000+ over 3 years, designed and led 10 Accelerator programs, automated 9 hours of manual onboarding tasks at Happy Spaces coworking, and supported migrant women to build their own businesses at not-for-profit SisterWorks. 

She lives along the Surf Coast, Australia where she runs The Community Collective, drinks Chamomile tea and composes relaxation music as Paz Sounds (her personal music brand) ✨
